Day 1: Introduction and Team Alignment
Lesson 1: Understanding the SAFe® Framework and Team Roles Gain a clear understanding of the SAFe® framework and the specific roles and responsibilities of Agile teams within it, ensuring each team member knows how they contribute to the larger objectives.
Lesson 2: Aligning Teams with Program Objectives Learn how to align your team's work with the overall program objectives through Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring that everyone is focused on delivering value that aligns with the business goals.
Day 2: Working as an Agile Team
Lesson 3: Planning and Executing Iterations Master the process of planning, executing, and reviewing iterations (sprints), including how to create and manage backlogs, conduct daily stand-ups, and hold effective sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Lesson 4: Collaborating Across Teams Develop the skills needed to work effectively with other Agile teams within the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring coordination, synchronization, and continuous flow of work across the program.
Day 3: Delivering Value and Continuous Improvement
Lesson 5: Delivering Continuous Value as a Team Learn techniques for delivering value continuously by breaking down features into smaller, manageable pieces and delivering increments frequently, ensuring that the team meets its commitments.
Lesson 6: Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement Discover methods to foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team by leveraging feedback, conducting retrospectives, and applying lessons learned to enhance team performance and outcomes.
